Increase Baseline and Prevent The Issues From Returning
These last sessions are all about increasing your baseline so that the pain doesn’t return! This includes working on the higher level activities that you want to return to. Michael Montoya, the visionary behind the NeuroReformer®, is no stranger to overcoming physical limitations. A former college football standout and professional player in the Canadian Football League, Mike's athletic journey was marked by both triumphs and setbacks. Despite a promising career, a series of injuries and a botched shoulder surgery nearly ended his path, leaving him unable to even run in a straight line.
