Measure.
Then treat.
Only NeuroReformer® patented technology is able to measure and then treat using custom frequencies.
Explore it. Watch it. Hear it.

How the scan works
Two scans become one waveform, delivered during movement.

What it does in the body
FDA-cleared indications and real-world outcomes.

Built for your practice
PT, chiropractic, podiatry, athletics and recovery.

The team behind it
Medical, scientific and commercial leadership.
Treatment happens during guided movement, not lying still on a table. The screen walks the practitioner through placement, scanning and every rep.

Two scans.
One individualized waveform.
Legacy neuro-stim devicesOnly treat with preset frequency ranges.
NeuroReformer®Measures each patient's treatment location first and then treats using their own personalized neuro frequencies.
Measure. Combine. Treat.
Both systems are patented: the scanning hardware and mapping software behind NeuroFrequency Mapping™, and the signal stabilization behind Adaptive NeuroFrequency Stabilization™.
Measure. The scan runs twice.
A neurological scan finds the frequency at which this patient's nervous system communicates most efficiently. A neuromuscular scan finds the waveform that produces the strongest contraction.
Combine. Two findings become one.
Both results resolve into a single treatment waveform customized for that person, in the treatment area, on that day. Intensity stays under the practitioner's control.
Treat. Stabilized during movement.
Adaptive NeuroFrequency Stabilization™ holds the signal steady as body position changes, so treatment happens during guided movement instead of at rest.
Derived, not chosen.
Why a preset band of frequencies can be right for one patient and wrong for the next. Run the scan and see.
A preset band of frequencies is a guess. A scan is a measurement.
Every nervous system responds best at its own frequency. Pick a patient and run the scan. The preset stays put. The peak moves.
Illustrative model of the principle. Not patient data.
Not your father's neurostim.
Many clinics already use neuromuscular stimulation devices. The question is who predetermined the frequencies being delivered.

What it does
in the body.
When tissue is injuredThe signals between nerve and muscle are disrupted.
NeuroReformer®Measures each patient first, then treats to support neuromuscular re-education.
Built on an established modality.
The modality behind NeuroReformer® draws on a published body of more than 175 studies. What practices using the device report in their own clinics is summarized in Measured in real clinics.
Cleared for seven indications.
For use under the supervision of a trained practitioner. Water-immersion delivery via sponge electrode is expressly covered.
Measured in real clinics.
Every session was recorded on the device in clinic, then reviewed by an independent physician‑scientist.
On a 0–10 pain scale.
Typical number of sessions before pain fell to none or mild.
Real-world evidence reviewed by Matthias R. Schurhoff, MD, Senior Scientist, Baptist Health. Results describe observed trends over the course of treatment and are not intended to establish causal efficacy or replace controlled clinical studies. Individual outcomes vary.

Adjust. Then keep them moving.
A screen-guided session that runs before, during or after each adjustment, inside a standard visit.
Your hands complete the circuit.
One pad on the patient, one on you. NeuroReformer® maps that patient’s own neurological and neuromuscular frequencies first, then delivers the combined waveform through your hands while you adjust: the same adjustment you were already going to make.
This is the only NeuroReformer® protocol in which the provider is part of the delivery path. It delivers each patient’s mapped neurofrequencies during manual adjustment, not in a separate session before or after it.

Run your own numbers.

The lease is 15% of session revenue.
Is this another TENS unit?
No. TENS delivers a preset current, set up by the manufacturer for the modality. NeuroReformer® measures the individual first, with a neurological scan and a neuromuscular scan, then builds one combined treatment waveform from those findings and delivers it during guided movement.
What does the system actually measure?
Two things, in that person, on that day: the frequency at which their nervous system communicates most efficiently, and the waveform producing the strongest neuromuscular contraction. Both findings resolve into a single treatment waveform.
Is it complicated to learn?
Onboarding takes 30–40 minutes, live and recorded. The workflow is screen-guided from scan to documentation, so there are no parameters to dial in, and clinical and technical support is included for the life of the lease.
Is it FDA cleared, and for what?
Yes. FDA-cleared 510(k) Class II, for neuromuscular re-education, increasing local blood circulation, maintaining or increasing range of motion, preventing disuse atrophy, reducing muscle spasms, management of post-surgical, post-traumatic and chronic pain, and preventing venous thrombosis after surgery. Water-immersion delivery via sponge electrode is expressly covered.
Why haven’t I heard of it?
Because it is new. The patents were filed within the last few years and adoption has not reached critical mass. The demonstration exists so you can judge it on your own patients rather than on our word.
What does it cost?
Three ways to adopt: a 24-month lease at $449 a month, a 12-month lease at $585 a month, or purchase at $16,950 (Founders 100 pricing). Every plan includes NeuroReformer® Support Plan: software, warranty, updates, support, protocols, marketing templates and training. On the 24-month lease, 80% of payments are credited toward purchase. The model is cash-pay by design, and practices set their own session pricing.
What are the contraindications?
Pregnancy, pacemakers, and other implantable electrical devices. The provider screens every patient before treatment, and screening is covered in full during onboarding.
Can staff operate it?
A trained provider performs initial setup and treatment planning. Once a session is running, trained staff may monitor it under protocol, which is what makes the economics work in a busy clinic.
Does it need internet?
No internet is required to treat. The system runs on a rechargeable battery or a standard wall outlet; connectivity is only for software updates, portal access, and syncing session data.
